Completion of a commercial fueling system in Gilroy Ca. The project consisted of installing fuel tanks, fuel lines, electrical, paving, concrete and landscaping. This project was completed on time and on budget. Project Value $740,000.00

Installation of E-85 tank system for the City of San Jose South Side Police Sub Station. System included new 15,000 gallon tank, Veeder-Root monitoring system with enhanced leak detection, dispensers and card control system. Project Value $200,000.00

Installation of a two thousand gallon diesel generator tank at KPIX building in San Francisco. The tank was install in the service lever of the basement. The project required the installation of 3-M Interram E-Mat Flexible Fire Wrap and electronic controls for the system. Project Value $146,000.00

Installation of one 8,000 Gallon Bio-Diesel Tank and dispensing system, including electrical and product piping. Project Value $32,000.00

Installation of various above ground generator tank systems for the City of San Francisco. Tanks supply fuel for the back up generators at Harry Tracy Water Treatment Plant and the Milbrae Maintenance Yard.

Remodeling of convenience store in Menlo Park. Project includes construction of two ADA restrooms, Installation of new exterior walls, new store front and new stucco over entire building and canopy post.

Site Development Including a new Gas Station with 2,000 square foot C-Store, a new Auto Car wash. New Fast food Building and a new Lube Express. Project to be completed as a design build project
