About Us
Cal Phase Construction, Inc. was started as Pacific Petroleum and Environmental Services in June of 1997. From 1997 to 2001, we completed over 20 upgrades on underground storage systems. During that period, we decided that we would add services for environmental compliance and clean up and proceeded with projects to remove underground tanks and complete clean up. Many of these projects were completed in conjunction with national engineering firms.
In 2004, we changed our name to Cal Phase Construction, Inc. to better reflect the complete packages of services that we provide. Since that time, we have expanded to general construction that includes tenant improvements, commercial and industrial buildings, and specialized mechanical systems. All of our personnel are fully trained for the type of work that is being performed. This includes hazardous material training, confined space training, and OSHA excavation training. We hold certificates from over 100 equipment manufactures as well as ICC certifications.
