Wayne Gathright, President

Wayne Gathright started in the petroleum construction and maintenance business in 1969 in Oklahoma City, OK. He moved to Northern California and has been in the construction business here for the last 40 years. During that time, he has managed the new construction operations of two different companies. For the last 14 years, he has operated Cal Phase Construction.

Mike Gathright, Vice President Operations Manager

Mike has worked in the construction industry for the last 16 years. For several years, Mike worked in the plumbing industry on new construction and re-pipe work. He has for the last ten years, worked for Cal Phase Construction and is our current Operations Manager

Adrian Guerrero, Project Supervisor

Adrian has worked in the environmental and construction industry for the last 15 years. He began working as a hazardous material worker and has worked in several construction trades. He is now our lead supervisor for our Rental Car Clients.

Mark Gorman, Project Supervisor

Mark has been in the building trades for the last 14 years and has worked completing remodels of commercial project as well as carpentry work.

Auggie Guerrero, Project manager

Auggie has been working in the environmental and petroleum trades for 18 years. He has extensive experience in the construction of remediation systems as well as a complete knowledge of equipment operation..

Our Support Staff includes specialized and general laborers and outside specialists which allow us to get your projects completed on time and on budget.
